🍪 Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This page explains how Aloha Support WebApp ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies, and what other personal data we currently collect.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or track your activity across sites.

2. Cookies we use

We currently use exactly one cookie:

CookiePurposeTypeDuration
session Keeps you signed in to your account Strictly necessary Up to 7 days (demo accounts) or 365 days (licensed accounts)

This cookie is set with HttpOnly and Secure flags — it cannot be read by JavaScript, and is never shared with any third party.

3. What we don't use

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising or marketing cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or social media cookies of any kind.

4. Third-party services

When you purchase a license, you're redirected to Stripe's own hosted checkout page to complete payment. Stripe may set its own cookies on its own domain during that process — that's governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, not this one, since it happens off our site. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

5. Managing your choice

Because the session cookie is required for the sign-in feature to work, rejecting cookies (via the banner shown on your first visit) won't disable it — it simply means you won't be able to stay signed in to your account. You're always free to browse our public pages without it, and you can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

6. Other personal data we collect

Beyond cookies: when you request a demo or register an account, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) company name. This is used solely to create and manage your account and to contact you about the service — we don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing. Payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your payment card details.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves — particularly if we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, in which case this page and the consent banner will be updated accordingly.
